Joanna Young Weddings & Events is a wedding planning and design boutique based in the beautiful countryside of Oxfordshire but covering the UK & beyond. 
Our style is natural, authentic and stylish, creating weddings for couples who want to follow their hearts. We want to get to know you, your style, your dreams, so we can visually tell your story and create a day beyond your wildest imagination. 
Inspired by nature we don’t promise to be eco friendly but we do try to be eco conscious and not at the cost of your dream day. 
Our approach to the planning is organic and relaxed, think of us as your new best friend. Guiding you through the world of wedding planning, taking the stress away so you can enjoy the ride! bvbbzbv

Meet Jo

Hi I'm Jo, the heart behind Joanna Young Weddings & Events, a wedding and event planning studio built on calm confidence, thoughtful detail, and a whole lot of love for what I do.

With over a decade in the luxury wedding & events industry I have worked for some of the most prestigious UK venues and caterers, alongside a vast array of luxury and talented suppliers.  
I’ve spent years helping people turn their ideas into celebrations that feel like them. Whether it’s a wedding day full of heart or a party with personality, I’m here to guide, support, and take the pressure off, so you can soak up the magic and be fully present in the moments that matter most.

My approach is all about balance: creative but grounded, organised but relaxed, professional but always personal. I’ll be your go-to planner, problem solver, and calm voice in the whirlwind of decision-making, and on the day itself, your behind-the-scenes bestie making sure it all runs smoothly.

At Joanna Young Weddings & Events, no event is ever “just another booking.” It’s your story, your people, your celebration and I’m honoured to be a part of it.

When I'm not planning weddings

I am spending time with my family & friends. I have a 1.5yr old little boy called Theo who is my absolute world and a fluffy sidekick called Willow

I have just got married so and have become a Mrs so I been busy planning my own wedding this year which has been strange and wonderful all at once having spent so many years involved in other peoples weddings.
