We step in in the final weeks to confirm details with your vendors, create a seamless timeline, and oversee the entire day from setup to send-off. With calm coordination and a discreet presence, we ensure everything runs smoothly—so you can relax, soak in every moment, and celebrate without worry. If your thinking of hosting a multi day event you can also book for support on these days too.

How far will you travel?

I love to travel especially to dreamy destinations! I'm available worldwide

How far in advance should I book?

I take on a limited number of full planning clients so I can ensure they get all my attention, so these spaces do get booked up especially in peak wedding season. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator for on the day only I would suggest booking at least a year ahead to ensure I am availble, but get in touch and we can check your date.

Can we meet beforehand?

Absolutely I love connecting with couples beforehand whether it's a call, video chat or coffee (Or even an espresso martini!)

Are you insured?

Yes I am fully insured for peace of mind at every venue

Do you work solo or with a team?

Depending on the size of the wedding or event I may bring along trusted creatives to help bring your vision to life and run the day smoothly

How do I secure my date?

A signed contract and a deposit are required to lock in your date

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that life happens, please refer to my contract for full cancellation and rescheduling details
